Heath knows what it’s like to sit with a bank or broker and feel overwhelmed by jargon-loan products, interest rates, complex terms, presented as if you should already understand.


It was this all-too-common feeling of confusion and being misunderstood that led Heath to create Loan Market Newcastle CBD: a brokerage built on empathy, transparency, and genuine commitment to empowering clients.

Heath has over 20 years of customer service experience, specializing in home and investment loans, with extensive knowledge of car and personal loans. Passionate about lifestyle freedom, he listens to your goals and works to make them happen. Whether it's a new home, car, or personal loan, he puts in the legwork for you. A football fan, beer and wine enthusiast, Heath loves family time by the ocean.

She handles car, personal, business, equipment, and other asset loans from application to settlement, focusing on client service. Nic enjoys tackling both challenging and easy deals, and loves telling clients they’re approved. A South American at heart, she’s passionate about food, cooking, the gym, Netflix, and cherishes family time.
